"An Introduction to the Copper Foil Method of Leadlighting"

Leadlight By Linda is situated in Terrigal on the beautiful Central Coast NSW. 

Join a fun and relaxed morning at a workshop making a beautiful sun catcher from a stunning range of glass to take home and hang in your favourite sunny window in your home.

Workshops run for approximately 4 hours with a maximum of 4 people attending allowing plenty of time for personal tuition.

WORKSHOP (4 hours):  $130  (payable at time of booking)

 

The skills you will learn include:

  • Choosing your pattern and the use of a light box

  •  Cutting and grinding the glass pieces of your pattern

  • Applying copper foil to each piece of glass

  • Applying flux and soldering your sun catcher

  • Cleaning of your sun catcher

 

Inclusions:

  • All glass and materials needed to make your very own sun catcher

  • Use of all tools required to make your sun catcher

  • Morning tea - Tea, coffee or cold drink with a snack - please advise of any diet requirements eg gluten free

CREATE AND MEDITATE (Full Day):  $165 (payable at time of booking)

The morning starts with a glass workshop with all the inclusions mentioned above in the 4 hour workshop.

After a break for lunch we are joined by the lovely Keesha Goode from Keeshas Creations with a relaxing and healing meditation session using her gong and crystal bowls.  

Sound frequencies impact the body and allow our bodies and minds to vibrate in harmony....an experience I can highly recommend and think is a perfect finish to a morning of creativity!! 

THINGS TO NOTE: Would you please bring your own packed lunch.  Tea, coffee, cold drinks, fruit platter will be supplied.  Also a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for the mediation to make yourself comfortable.
